Coffee Grind Guru Monthly Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to all subscribers of the Inner Circle newsletter.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Entry Period

  • The giveaway runs on a monthly basis, starting on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of each month.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants earn entries by referring others to subscribe to the Inner Circle newsletter using their unique referral link.

  • Each successful referral earns one entry into the giveaway.

  • Additional bonus entries can be earned by reaching specific referral milestones:

    • 5 referrals = 5 bonus entries

    • 10 referrals = 10 bonus entries

    • 15 referrals = 15 bonus entries

    • 20 referrals = 20 bonus entries

    • 25 referrals = 25 bonus entries

  • All referrals must be legitimate, active subscribers. Referrals that are identified as bots, spam, or fake will be disqualified.

4. Entry Persistence

  • Entries persist over time, meaning they are valid for all future monthly giveaways.

  • For entries to remain active, referred subscribers must remain active and must not unsubscribe or be flagged for abuse, spam, bot activity, etc.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners are randomly selected from all eligible entries at the start of each month.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address provided during subscription.

  • To claim the prize, winners must have completed the Quick Coffee Survey, which includes providing their date of birth and name for announcement purposes.

  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes will be announced at the start of each month and are subject to change.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • The system automatically checks referrals for fraudulent activity, including bots, spam, and fake subscribers.

  • Referrals are also manually checked for each monthly winner to ensure fairness.

  • Any detected fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

8. General Conditions

  • Coffee Grind Guru reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Coffee Grind Guru, which are final and binding.

  • Coffee Grind Guru is not responsible for any technical issues or failures that may affect participation or entry in the giveaway.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Coffee Grind Guru and its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
